Ingredients
3 Lobsters (approx. 1-2lb or 225g)
2 tsp (1/3oz) Aussom Aussie "Barbie Dust"
1/3 Cup (2 1/2oz) butter, softened
1 fresh lime (approx. 1 1/2 teaspoon)
1/2 tsp (1/12oz) Aussom Aussie "Saucearoo"
2 tsp (1/3oz) chopped green onion.
1 tsp (1/6oz) fresh chives
Cracked black pepper to taste
1/4 tsp (1/24oz) paprika
Seasalt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare butter ahead of time so that it can be used to finish lobster on the grill.
- Mix ingredients for butter in a bowl.
- When mixture has combined, using greaseproof paper or plastic wrap place mixture in center and roll to form consistent round shape.
- Refrigerate until serving time use freezer if necessary.

Split lobster length wise, season lightly with "Barbie Dust".
- Grill on a medium-hot heat for 10
minutes, shell side up until the shell is red and the lobster meat is white.
- Once it is cooked slice butter with a hot knife and place one slice per half to finish leave on grill for 2-3 minutes.
